Payment and documents

The PrFlare service ensures payment transparency and legal reliability for clients worldwide. We operate officially, guaranteeing the security of every transaction and compliance with tax laws.

1. Transparent Pricing

We adhere to a fixed pricing policy so you can plan your budget accurately:

  • Fair Price: You pay exactly the amount you see in your cart.
  • No Hidden Fees: PrFlare has no additional service charges, hidden taxes, or markups that might appear during the checkout process.
  • Price Protection: Once an order is placed, the price remains unchanged. If a publisher suddenly changes the terms or cost of placement, we take over the negotiations. Our team strives to find a compromise with the editorial board to maintain the original price for you. If an agreement cannot be reached, we will notify you immediately, and you can decide whether to pay the difference, choose another resource, or receive a refund.

2. Payment Methods

You can choose any convenient tool to top up your balance or pay for a specific order:

  • Bank Cards and Accounts (Ukraine): Payment in UAH to the official Sole Proprietor details (IBAN) with the provision of a full package of closing documents (Acts of services rendered) in electronic form or via the "Vchasno" service.
  • International Payment Systems: Direct transfers via Wise for fast and cost-effective payments.
  • Wire Transfer (SWIFT/SEPA): Payment in USD/EUR based on an international Invoice for legal entities and agencies.
  • Other Methods: We support settlements in digital assets (USDT). Please contact your manager for details.

3. Tax Information and VAT

We operate in accordance with international tax rules for services:

  • For International Clients (Non-residents of Ukraine): According to legislation, distribution and marketing services provided to non-residents are not subject to VAT (VAT 0%). The amount in the cart is final.
  • For Clients from Ukraine: Payments are accepted in national currency to the Sole Proprietor details. Taxes are included in the cost (simplified taxation system).

4. Business Documentation

PrFlare provides all necessary data for accounting reports:

  • Invoice and Acts: To generate an invoice, please provide your company details to your manager:
  • Company Name / Full Name of the Individual Entrepreneur;
  • Registration Number (EDRPOU for legal entities) or Tax ID (for Sole Proprietors);
  • Full Name and position of the authorized person (signatory);
  • Legal address and postal code;
  • Bank details (IBAN);
  • Accounting email and a separate email linked to the "Vchasno" service (if different).
  • The invoice will be prepared and sent to you as soon as possible after receiving the data.
  • Service Agreement (Public Offer): Cooperation is governed by a public agreement, allowing distribution to start without delays caused by signing paper contracts.
  • Reporting: Confirmation of the provided service is a direct link to the published material, the parameters of which correspond to your order.

5. Guarantees and Security

Your budget is protected at every stage of interaction:

  • Escrow-like Security: Payment is transferred to the publisher only after the publication is live. We personally monitor this process and guarantee that the publisher fulfills their obligations.
  • Refund Guarantee and Flexibility: In case of rejection by the publisher or non-compliance with the terms, we offer three options:
  • 100% refund to your balance.
  • Equivalent replacement with a similar platform from our catalog.
  • Replacement with any other site: you can choose a more expensive or cheaper resource by simply paying the difference or keeping the balance on your account.
  • Placement Guarantee: We ensure strict monitoring of compliance with the terms described in the platform's card (including a guarantee of the article's presence on the site).
