Refund policy
PrFlare.com provides a service, therefore refunds for an intangible product are not possible. When you purchase services from our website, you automatically accept these terms and conditions.
Payments requested by the customer can only be refunded if the service has not been provided by us or work on a particular order has not yet begun.
Most often, customers try to get their money back, citing such reasons:
Partner's website is not functioning properly. Complaints come in about slow loading speeds on the site, problems with links after the warranty period (1 year from the date of publication), user comments, incorrect text structure, writing style, indexing of materials and so on.
Such requests for a refund will not be granted!
PrFlare.com policy is based on giving every customer an equal opportunity and therefore makes no exceptions.
If the customer can prove that the services have not been fully provided, they can state the nature of the problem by contacting PrFlare.com's support team. To do so, it is necessary to:
- Write a letter to the support email address: [email protected] within 365 days of the date of payment for the service;
- In the letter, describe in detail the nature of the problem and provide strong evidence that the service has not been received in full;
- Please note that a complaint based on an erroneous expectation of the customer will not be considered.
Each complaint that satisfies the above requirements will be considered in detail. The client will be notified of the decision by email.
If the complaint is satisfied, the funds will be refunded to the client subject to the following conditions:
- The payment processing fee charged on the transaction will be deducted from the total amount;
- A withdrawal processing fee will also be charged on the transaction. The amount depends on the payment system used and is not controlled by PrFlare.com;
- Withdrawals from the system are made using the same payment system that was used for input.
