We do not cooperate with publishers from a number of countries, such as:
- Russia;
- Belarus;
- Iran;
- Democratic Republic of Cong;o
- Libya;
- North Korea;
- Sudan and South Sudan;
- Syria.
It is also unacceptable to cooperate with sanctioned companies or individuals, viz:
- SDN OFAC;
- EU Resolutions 2021/997, and EU 2021/1030;
- Decrees of the President of Ukraine.
Media quality requirements for cooperation with our project
PrFlare.com does not intend to cooperate with websites or blogs if the quality analysis of web resources will show unsatisfactory results, namely:
- It will detect link-farms: these are sites whose content overflows with links to external pages, and it does not matter whether they are contextual, post or footer links. It is also important that the web resources are not detrimental to advertisers, that is, they are not restricted by search engines and there is no transfer of link weights much lower than expected from working with PrFlare.com.
- View farms will be found: the PrFlare.com service identifies web resources created for the purpose of increasing publishers' page profits by selling a large number of views. Blogs and sites that produce more than 1 paid article per 10 of their own are considered view farms.
- Low quality sites: PrFlare.com will not cooperate with sites or blogs that have low domain rankings or pages with low quality and poor optimization. Minimum standards are determined by the PrFlare.com quality team.
- Copypaste detected: if a site copies, translates or duplicates someone else's content, it will not be added to the database. Web resources created on the Wix platform or pages with annoying advertising are also subject to restrictions.
PrFlare.com team has a full right to refuse cooperation with any web resource that does not meet the minimum standards listed above.
